This quote means that goodness is the only thing you can not mess up with because it is the easiest thing todo to others and spread it around and become a person that will do good deeds for themselves and for others. And if you want to do goodness for others and yourself, then that means that you should do goodness for others such as helping people out, cheering them, not making fun of people, adn much more. But, if you decide on not to do any goodness for others or yourself, then that means that you are not a ctr person and you are not planning on helping others ut, or vene involve with them because you think its not a good thing and that you just think of them as people that are useless. But if you end up helping others out and try to help them out in a situation and you dont think of them as useless people but as useful ones.
