This quote means that if you do the right thing and you are fair and honorable to others, then that mean that you are a CTR person. And you are not a bad person because you are not choosing the wrong at all. And if you choose to not do the right but instead do the wrong thing, then that means that you are not a CTR person because you are just choosing the wrong. And you are not right, fair, honest, or honorable since you don't like to be a good person. But if you cheat on something such as a test, then that means that you are not a CTR person. And you are just a bad person and you will never gain anything from your life as a reward. But if you are winning but not cheating, then that means that you are a trustworthy person and you are honorable, fair, right, and nice to others because that's what a choosing the right person is.
