Veterans Day

A public holiday held on the anniversary of the end of World War I (November 11) to honor US veterans and victims of all wars. It replaced Armistice Day in 1954.

3. Why is it important to show honor on veterans Day?
On Veterans Day, we remember and honor all who have served in our nation's military, regardless of how, when, or where they served.

- Attend you local Veterans Parade
- Support veteran-owned companies
- Make a commitment to volunteer

6. The only special interest that i have towards veterands day is that i see soldiers that have fought for this country and they have risked thier lives for this country and for others.
7. My feelings towrds veterans is kind of weak but i respect them in may other ways. And i am thankful for them because they risked their lives for others that they dont know. But i also thank them for helping this country out. And someveterans have died for us and helped everyone that wouldnt volunteer. They have saved a lot of poeple and that makes me feel ok because they are not really bad people because they are good people.
