This quote means that if you follow the orders of a "friend" and you know thati ts wrong cause of what your friend told you to do, then just dont do it because you really know that its wrong and when you get caught. And then that means that your friend will blame everything on you and be free of the problem. And if your "friend" tells you to do something that is wrong and you  know that its bad, then you should just say no and leave them because they are no good friends. And they are a bad influence to you and they will make your life harder than it already is because of them. And if they want to do something wrong and you dont stop it, then that means that you will be left alone and you should have stopped them because you could tell them that its not a good thing to do and theycould have changed. But, if your "friend does something wrong and you stop them on time, then that means that you still have time to tell them to stop.An doing good things instead of bad ones because it will only cause them trouble and make their lives much more harder than their life already is and if they realize and accept you reason , then maybe they will start being a good person from now on.
