This quote means that if you have the courage to say no to things that you don't want to do or eat that are bad things for you, then that's good because it is bad and you can get in trouble for that. And if you don't say no to the things that are bad for you, then that means that you will get in trouble and you are a bad person. And if you have the courage to face the truth, then that means that you are not a coward and you will not lie or anything referred to that. But, if you don't have the courage to face the truth, then that means that you don't have any courage to do anything. If you do the right thing, then that means that you have the courage to do anything and that means that you are a nice person. But if you don't choose the right, then that means that you are not a good person and you don't have the courage to do anything.
